Common Questions
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at the end of any billing month. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply on the next renewal date. Contact your concierge to initiate a tier change.
Standard includes our core exotic fleet — think Lamborghini Huracán, Ferrari F8, and McLaren 570S. Premium unlocks supercars, track-spec builds, and luxury SUVs. Platinum gives first access to every vehicle in the fleet, including limited-production and new arrivals before they go to the general rental pool.
Standard members enjoy free delivery within Orange County. Premium members have LA and OC delivery included. Platinum members receive white-glove complimentary delivery anywhere in Southern California. All deliveries are scheduled through your dedicated concierge or the member booking portal.
Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. We simply require 30 days' written notice to cancel. There is a one-time onboarding fee that covers background verification and account setup.
Yes. Standard includes 2 authorized drivers, Premium allows 3, and Platinum is unlimited. Additional drivers beyond your tier's limit can be added for a per-driver monthly fee. All drivers must meet our age (21+) and license requirements.
